1. Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Once you notify us of the return of the item,, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to the MYOBFASHION.COM.

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • According to your selected shipping service, the parcel may take several days to arrive in our warehouse.

  • Once your return is checked over and meets the the conditions return, we will send you an email to inform you about the refund.

  • The refund will be issued with the same payment method used for the purchase of your order. 

  • Shipping cost related to your return are at client's expense.

2. Credit

If you have already paid, we will credit the amount back to your bank account or credit card. If the purchase was invoiced, you can reduce the amount invoiced accordingly.

3. Return Information

You may return undamaged items purchased from the Site MYOBFASHION.COM. Such items must be in saleable condition (in the original packaging) and must be returned within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. No items may be returned if they have been worn. No returned merchandise will be accepted without the original sales or gift receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned item.

Use the original box and packaging materials for your return shipment.

4. How can I make sure that MYOBFASHION.COM has received my order?

Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered during the ordering process.

5. Can I exchange or return items that I have bought online?

You can return an item within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

6. Do I have to pay shipping when returning an item?

Once you notify us about the return of goods, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to the MYOBFASHION.COM.

7. Returns: Where do I send complaints due to product errors?

If, despite our careful quality control, products purchased in the online Shop MYOBFASHION.COM give you reason for complaint, please return these items and mark the return reason as "complaint".

 Please note that for organization reasons we can only accept returns and complaints for items that were purchased in the MYOBFASHION.COM Online Shop.
