Senior Performance Marketing Executive

Our Belgium office is located in Hasselt, Oude Spoorbaan, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive focused on Affiliate and Growth Partner marketing, your primary goal is to drive sales and customer acquisition for MYOB. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our marketing objectives by managing partnerships, implementing campaigns, and leveraging regional and technical expertise to optimise performance for two performance marketing channels. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to the overall success of our affiliate and partner marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Day-to-day:
Develop and execute the Affiliate and Partner Marketing strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.
Manage regional partnerships across Affiliates and Growth Partner Marketing channels, driving growth through effective campaign management, incentivisation of affiliates/partners and new partnerships.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional promotional campaigns with Marketing, Product, Trade, Creative, and international teams to drive sales and new customer acquisition.
Negotiate contracts with partners and collaborate with internal lawyers.
Analyse performance metrics, provide detailed reports and insights, and leverage reporting tools for profitable partner accounts.
Ad-hoc:
Proactively handle technical aspects or other projects as needed, including but not limited to tracking issue resolution, on-site partner integration, competitor analysis.

WHO ARE YOU
Marketing degree or relevant qualification.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Relevant experience in paid advertising (Affiliates, PPC, Display). Affiliate background preferred.
Proven experience in setting up and optimising marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs, such as GTV and COS.
You have good knowledge of excel; comfortable in producing complex reports, formulas, and pivot tables.
Basic knowledge of using reporting tools like Looker, Tableau or Google Analytics.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and optimising product feeds, tech integrations and link tracking is a plus.

Software Engineer - Myobfashion.com - Marketplace

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is motivated to build outstanding applications using top-notch technology. You will work in a very relaxed environment and be part of a well-motivated, and growing team, working towards delivering the best software components for one of the platform business domains. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and improve our frameworks, and services and improve the development environment and life cycle. Work with a product development team evolving the platform capabilities and ensuring performance and scalability.
Evolve your technical capabilities to the next level while using technologies like .NET Core, Mongo, SQL, Kafka, Elastic, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.

WHO YOU ARE
Knowledgeable in object-oriented languages (e.g., C#.NET or Java);
Advocate for unit tests and integration tests;
A person who is passionate about code quality, performance, scalability, and resilience;
A person that stays on top of the latest practices of modern software development and enjoys discussing insights with teammates;
Experienced with SQL and relational databases;
Non-relational database experience is a plus;
Knowledgeable of REST APIs Design and best practices, with experience in microservices architectures;
A professional with experience working on collaborative teams with AGILE methodologies is also a plus;
Someone who is autonomous and able to make technical decisions to have a positive impact on our platform;
Someone interested in large-scale systems;
Proficient in written and spoken English.

THE ROLE
Positioned in the Creative Development team within the wider Heads Group team, the Image Development Manager will be responsible for leading a small team whose core purpose is to manage the development and quality guardianship of e-commerce imagery sequencing on Myobfashion.com.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Owner of global imagery standards across all e-commerce imagery sources by ensuring all global imagery guidelines up to date and continuously evolve through continuous creative improvement across fashion, still life product and vendor provided imagery;
Collaborate with global studio facilities to ensure guidelines take in account feedback for best user experience;
Be the quality and consistency gatekeeper for the onboarding of all new vendor provided imagery partnerships in accordance to Myobfashion.com brand DNA;
Be a stakeholder in creative development imagery projects including AI, 3D and new technologies to ensure an effective and efficient link between creative testing and post production;
Lead, inspire, mentor and challenge a team of Image Development Specialists providing support on the day to day management of the Image Development team’s core responsibilities and nurturing the team culture and enthusiasm;
Work closely with Photographic and Post Production SMEs on any opportunities or issues arising from the day to day delivery of studios adhering to imagery guidelines;
Host retrospectives to review areas of improvement and drive for creative progression;
Constantly visual research, understand the market, identify trends and innovation, benchmark competitors and inspire the wider team with best-in-class examples of in 'digital/e-commerce first';
Cultivate a test-and-learn culture within the team, ensuring everyone can contribute to how we improve the marketplace.

WHO YOU ARE
Meticulous and strong eye for detail;
Technically sound in photographic and post production methodologies;
Strong eye for quality, consistency and visual language;
Strong understanding of fashion/fashion brands;
Strong written and verbal communicator, with influencing skills to advocate and promote initiatives for quality guardianship between senior leadership, peers and junior members alike;
Aware of the end to end imagery production process at scale, in order to put scalable imagery development opportunities into action;
Adaptable, flexible and able to work with both creative and operational profiles alike;
Possesses a passion for solving customer problems and developing creative solutions for them;
Creativity and commercial focused, curious to understand the performance behind the images;
Process driven.
